This section explains how to apply Auto-Configuration Rule settings to your Power BI resources through manual and automatic synchronization.
Synchronization Methods
Druva enforces rule settings using two methods:
Automatic Sync: The system automatically initiates a synchronization every 24 hours.
Manual Sync (Sync Now): Administrators can force an immediate update to apply new rules or changes instantly.
Manual Sync Procedure
Navigate: In the left navigation pane, go to Druva Cloud Platform Console > All Services > Microsoft Power Platform > Auto Configuration Rules.
Execute: Click the Sync Now button.
Monitor: The synchronization process runs in the background. Note that the duration of the sync is proportional to the number of workspaces being processed.
📝NOTE:
Concurrency Block: A new synchronization cannot start while a previous sync is still in progress.
Verification: To confirm a successful sync, check the Last Synced At timestamp located on the Auto Configuration Rules dashboard.
