The system generates alerts to notify you of connectivity, authentication, or storage issues. Use the table below to understand and resolve common alerts.

CloudCache unable to read from Storage Unit | Warning | CloudCache is able to read from the storage unit. |
CloudCache unable to write on Storage Unit | Warning | CloudCache is able to write to the storage unit. |
DDBoost authentication failed for Storage Unit | Critical | When authentication is successful. |
DD connection failed for Storage Unit | Critical | When connection to the storage unit is successful. |
DD storage unit is in read-only mode | Critical | When the storage unit is not in read-only mode. |
DDBoost authentication restored | Information | Automatically clears after 7 days. |
DD connection restored | Information | Automatically clears after 7 days. |
