Problem Description:

A user is unable to see or restore "Suggested Contacts" (autocomplete cache contacts) from their Exchange Online mailbox backups in Druva, though these contacts are part of the mailbox.

Cause:

In Exchange Online, "Suggested Contacts" are stored in a hidden folder within the user's mailbox called Suggested Contacts. Druva inSync does not currently back up this specific hidden folder.

Explanation:

"Suggested Contacts" Folder Not Backed Up: Druva currently does not back up the hidden Suggested Contacts folder from Exchange Online mailboxes. Therefore, these specific contacts are not available for restoration through Druva.
