Federated Search: Enhanced Visibility of Quarantined File Versions in Quarantine Bay

Sensitive Data Governance: Keyword Whitelist and File Violations enhancements

We have enhanced the Keyword Whitelist and File Violations feature within Sensitive Data Governance, offering multi-fold benefits to resolve compliance violations more effectively.

Key enhancements include:

  • Enhanced keyword & regex whitelisting scalability—now supports 10x more entries (from 999 to 10,000) - Provides administrators with the extensive whitelisting needed to reduce false positives, improve compliance scan accuracy, and support diverse data sets, ensuring greater flexibility and precision in your data governance.

  • Integrated SHA1 checksum values across file violation workflows - Streamlines bulk resolution, accelerates violation identification, and improves traceability, leading to a more efficient and precise experience for compliance teams.

    • SHA1 Checksum Column: Now visible in Non-Compliant File Report.

    • SHA1 Search: Easily search for violations using Checksum:<SHA1 value> on the File Violations page.

    • SHA1 in File Metadata: View SHA1 checksums directly within file violation details.

Deprecation

Data Governance: Deprecation of Legal Hold v1 and v2 APIs

Druva has deprecated the Legal Hold v1 and v2 APIs. As a result, the v1 and v2 versions of the Legal Hold API will no longer be accessible.

However, you can use the enhanced and secure v3 and v4 versions of the Legal Hold APIs, which are available on the developer portal as direct replacements.

Customer Action Required: Migrate to the v3 and v4 APIs for Legal hold.
