What information does this report provide

The Curated Snapshots report provides a consolidated view of the number of curated snapshot jobs created for different resource types (workloads) within a specified period.

How does the report help

You can leverage this report to get insights about:

  • Number of Curated Snapshot jobs created

  • Number of active or deleted Curated Snapshots

  • Distribution of jobs based on their statuses

  • Distribution of jobs for each resource type (workload)

With this information available well in time, you can identify failed jobs and take corrective actions.

To access the report

You need to be a Druva Cloud Administrator.

Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Curated Snapshots Report.

Using the report


📝 Note:

By default, the period selected for the report is 30 days from the current date. For example, if today is March 31, 2024, the report displays data from March 1 to March 30, 2024.


The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.

The Curated Snapshots report comprises the following sections:

Filters to get a report with more granular data

Filters

Description

Resource Type

Select the resource type whose Curated Snapshots details you want to view.

Snapshot Status

Select the snapshot status based on which you want to filter the Curated Snapshot details - Active or Deleted.

Job Status

Select the job status based on which you want to filter the Curated Snapshot details - Successful, Cancelled, or Failed.

Description

Total Curated Snapshots

Total number of Curated Snapshot jobs created within the specified time. By default, the 30-day count is displayed.

Active Curated Snapshots

Total number of active Curated Snapshots available.

Job Status

View the distribution and count of Cancelled, Successful, or Failed curated snapshot jobs.

Distribution by Workloads

View the distribution and count of curated snapshots created for each workload.

Curated Snapshot Jobs details

Field

Description

Job ID

The unique ID of the Curated Snapshot job.

Job Status

The status of the Curated Snapshot job - Failed, Successful, or Cancelled.

Snapshot

Name of the Curated Snapshot.

Resource Name

The name of the resource for which the Curated Snapshot job is created.

Resource Type

The type of resource for which the Curated Snapshot job is created is Endpoints, File Server, NAS, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Snapshot Size

The size of the Curated Snapshot created.

Retention Till (Admin Time Zone)

The date and timestamp until when the Curated Snapshot is retained.

Date Range (Admin Time Zone)

The date range selected for creating the Curated Snapshot.

Job Start Time (Admin Time Zone)

The start time for creating a Curated Snapshot job.

Job End Time

The end time for creating a Curated Snapshot job.

Snapshot Status

The status of the snapshot is active or Deleted.

# File Included

Total number of files included for creating a Curated Snapshot.

Created By

Details of the administrator who created the Curated Snapshot job.

Subscribe to report

You can schedule and subscribe to receive reports over email as a CSV file or a PDF. A subscription can be created for other members of the organization, too.


📝 Note:

By default, the data fetched in the report's timestamp follows the logged-in admin’s time zone.


Email the report

You can email the report in CSV or PDF format to other recipients on demand.

Download widget data

You can download the widget data in CSV, CSV Summary, Excel, or PDF format.

You can download the Curated Snapshot Job details in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

Add Filters to get a report with more granular data

Global filter: You can create a global filter, page filter, or panel filter to fetch details based on your requirements.
