This articles explains how to troubleshoot issues with Phoenix CloudCache.
Traceback
In the logs, you will see the following error.
[2015-11-09 11:41:01,404] [INFO] Error Connecting to cache server. Error:Request not found. (#100000052) Retrying...[9]
[2015-11-09 11:42:01,546] [INFO] Error Connecting to cache server. Error:Request not found. (#100000052) Retrying...[8]
In the corresponding Cache server logs you will see the following error.
[2015-11-09 12:38:17,634] [INFO] Invalid token has been received for client authentication. ttime:1447098001.03
[2015-11-09 12:39:17,779] [INFO] Invalid token has been received for client authentication. ttime:1447098061.25
Refer the following documents to locate the File server logs and the Cache server logs respectively.
Cause
Most likely, the CloudCache server is in an incorrect time zone i.e. the time has not been synced with the Network Time Protocol (NTP) server.
Resolution
The time zone of the Phoenix CloudCache server needs to be fixed.
If that does not resolve the issue, contact Druva Technical Support with the logs mentioned in this article.
