How to promote Phoenix Cloud Administrator to Druva Cloud Administrator

Overview

Druva Cloud Administrator privileges are required to perform tasks, such as password reset of another Druva Cloud Administrator or to generate an SSO token. The Phoenix Management Console cannot create a Druva Cloud Administrator.

This article provides the procedure to create a Druva Cloud Administrator or promote a Phoenix Cloud Administrator to a Druva Cloud Administrator on the Druva Cloud Platform (DCP).

Promote Phoenix Cloud Administrator to Druva Cloud Administrator

  1. Log in to the DCP console.

  2. Click the Druva icon and in the left pane, click Manage Administrators.

  3. Click the name of the Cloud Administrator who needs to be promoted to Druva Cloud Administrator.
    โ€‹

  4. Click Edit.

  5. In the Administrator Role option, click Druva Cloud Administrator.
    โ€‹

  6. Click Save.
    The administrator gets promoted to a Druva Cloud Administrator.
