Important Logic & Constraints
To maintain report accuracy, please note the following system behaviors regarding how data is displayed or excluded:
Rule Configuration Gaps: If a customer has a valid product license but no configured or active monitoring rules (including cases where a rule was recently deleted), the Rule Type will display as "Not Applied." All associated fields, such as Duration and Threshold, will display a dash (-).
License & Tenant Exclusions: Customers are automatically excluded from this report if they do not have an active license, if their license was removed, or if the tenant has been deleted.
Disabled Rules: Only active monitoring rules are tracked; disabled rules will not be shown.
