Monitoring Jobs

The Jobs page is the central monitoring hub for all Backup and Download activities within the Microsoft Power Platform workload.

Navigation and Interface

  • Path: Druva Cloud Platform Console > All Services > Microsoft Power Platform > Jobs

  • Tab Views:

    • Completed: Historical archive of finished activities.

    • Ongoing: Real-time monitoring of active and queued processes.


Completed Jobs

The Completed tab displays all finished jobs with detailed status information:

Status Indicators

  • Successful โ€“ Job completed without errors

  • Successful with Errors โ€“ Job completed but some items encountered issues

  • Failed โ€“ Job did not complete

  • Cancelled โ€“ Job was manually stopped

To export execution logs, select one or multiple jobs and then click Download Logs.


Ongoing Jobs

The Ongoing tab displays jobs that are currently in progress or waiting to run. The Ongoing tab displays following information:

  • Queued โ€“ Job is waiting for execution

  • Running โ€“ Job is currently in progress

Cancel Job

Stops a running or queued job

Disable Auto Refresh

This will stop updating status of the live activities, however jobs will still run in the background.


Job Details

Click a job to open the Job Details pane. The details view provides a breakdown of scanned items, summary information, and download options.

Backup and details section of download and backup job displays item-level activity:

For each item type, the following metrics are shown:

  • Total Items Scanned โ€“ Total items evaluated during the job

  • Added โ€“ New items discovered and backed up

  • Updated โ€“ Items modified since the last backup

  • Deleted โ€“ Items removed from the workspace

๐Ÿ“NOTE: If a .pbix export fails, the system backs up โ€œReport Metadataโ€ instead.

Download Job Details

For Download jobs, the summary pane includes following additional options:

  • Download JSON โ€“ Exports metadata in JSON format. Hover on info icon to view Expiration date of the download link.

  • Recovery Point โ€“ Timestamp of the backup snapshot used.
