The Jobs page is the central monitoring hub for all Backup and Download activities within the Microsoft Power Platform workload.
Navigation and Interface
Path: Druva Cloud Platform Console > All Services > Microsoft Power Platform > Jobs
Tab Views:
Completed: Historical archive of finished activities.
Ongoing: Real-time monitoring of active and queued processes.
Completed Jobs
The Completed tab displays all finished jobs with detailed status information:
Field | Description |
Workspace | Name of the Power BI workspace |
Job Type | Backup, Download |
Start Time | Date and time when the job started |
End Time | Date and time when the job completed |
Status | Final job status |
Status Indicators
Successful – Job completed without errors
Successful with Errors – Job completed but some items encountered issues
Failed – Job did not complete
Cancelled – Job was manually stopped
To export execution logs, select one or multiple jobs and then click Download Logs.
Ongoing Jobs
The Ongoing tab displays jobs that are currently in progress or waiting to run. The Ongoing tab displays following information:

Start Time | Date and time when the job started |
Status | Final job status |
Status Indicators
Queued – Job is waiting for execution
Running – Job is currently in progress
Other Actions on Ongoing Jobs Page
Action | Description |
Cancel Job | Stops a running or queued job |
Disable Auto Refresh | This will stop updating status of the live activities, however jobs will still run in the background. |
Job Details
Click a job to open the Job Details pane. The details view provides a breakdown of scanned items, summary information, and download options.
Summary Section
Provides high-level job metadata:

Details Section
Backup and details section of download and backup job displays item-level activity:
Item Type | Description |
Dashboards | Number of dashboards processed |
Reports | Number of reports processed |
Semantic Models | Number of semantic models processed |
Dataflows (Gen 1) | Number of dataflows processed |
Apps | Number of apps processed |
For each item type, the following metrics are shown:
Total Items Scanned – Total items evaluated during the job
Added – New items discovered and backed up
Updated – Items modified since the last backup
Deleted – Items removed from the workspace
📝NOTE: If a .pbix export fails, the system backs up “Report Metadata” instead.
Download Job Details
For Download jobs, the summary pane includes following additional options:
Download JSON – Exports metadata in JSON format. Hover on info icon to view Expiration date of the download link.
Recovery Point – Timestamp of the backup snapshot used.
