Overview
This report provides details of all the backup activities performed during a specified period.
Accessing Reports
To view Okta-specific reports:
Log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
Click the Reports icon in the left-hand navigation pane.
Select Okta from the list of available workloads.
Select Backup Activity Report.
Report Fields
The following details describe the fields available in your backup reports:
Job ID: A unique identifier assigned to a specific backup operation.
Mode: Indicates if the job was scheduled or triggered manually.
Start / End Time: Precise timestamps for the operation duration.
Record Summary: Displays Total Records alongside counts for Records Added, Updated, and Deleted.
Status: The final outcome (e.g., Successful, Failed).
Error: Specific error details if the job encountered issues.
