Overview

This report provides details of all the backup activities performed during a specified period.

Accessing Reports

To view Okta-specific reports:

  1. Log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.

  2. Click the Reports icon in the left-hand navigation pane.

  3. Select Okta from the list of available workloads.

  4. Select Backup Activity Report.

Report Fields

The following details describe the fields available in your backup reports:

  • Job ID: A unique identifier assigned to a specific backup operation.

  • Mode: Indicates if the job was scheduled or triggered manually.

  • Start / End Time: Precise timestamps for the operation duration.

  • Record Summary: Displays Total Records alongside counts for Records Added, Updated, and Deleted.

  • Status: The final outcome (e.g., Successful, Failed).

  • Error: Specific error details if the job encountered issues.
