What information does this report provide
This report displays a consolidated view of all the custodians put on Legal Hold within a specified period.
How does the report help
You can leverage this report to view all the users/custodians placed on Legal Hold
With this information available well in time, you can take corrective actions.
To access the report
You must either be a Druva Cloud Administrator or an administrator with View Reports rights assigned and the eDiscovery feature enabled.
Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Data Governance > Global Custodian Report.
Using the report
📝 Note: By default, the report displays all historical data.
The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.
The Global Custodian Report comprises the following sections:
Global Custodians detail
Field | Description |
Custodian Name | Displays the name of the custodian who is on Legal Hold. |
Displays the email ID of the custodian. | |
Label of the User-Identifier Custom Attribute 📝 Note
This label appears only when you have enabled User-Identifier Custom Attribute in the AD/LDAP settings. | The actual User-Identifier Custom Attribute of the user from your registered AD/LDAP. |
Added On | Displays the date when the custodian was added to a Legal Hold policy. |
Data Source | Displays the data sources that are in Legal Hold for a custodian. |
Legal Hold | Displays the user name of the Legal Hold policy with which the custodian is associated. |
Legal Hold Type | Displays the Legal Hold type. |
Created On | Displays the date and time when the custodian account was created. |
Last Completed Backup | Displays the date and time of the last successful backup. |
Backup Data (MB | Displays the amount of data backed up for this user during the last successful backup. |
Total Backup Data (MB) | This displays the amount of data backed up for the custodian, including the data backed up for System and App settings. |
System State Data (MB) | Displays the amount of System and App settings data backed up for this user during the last successful backup. |
Total System State Data (MB) | Displays the total amount of System and App settings data backed up for this user. |
Additional Data Collection | Displays if the Additional Data Collection is enabled/disabled for the custodian. This field is blank if Additional Data Collection is not configured for the custodian. |
Last Completed Collection | Displays the date and time of the last successful additional data collection. |
Collected Data (MB) | Displays the amount of data collected for this user during the last additional data collection completion. |
Total Collected Data (MB) | Displays the total amount of data collected for this user. |
Custom Attribute name | Displays the custom attribute name assigned to this user. |
Custom Attribute Value | Displays the custom attribute value assigned to the above custom attribute |
