Problem description
While accessing a shared folder through inSync Web, an RPC version mismatch error is displayed on the browser.
Cause
The above error is displayed on the browser when the shared folder being accessed through inSync Web contains more than 5000 files.
Resolution
To resolve this error:
Ensure the parent folder shared through inSync Web contains a lesser number of files than 5000.
If the shared folder contains more than 5000 files, distribute them in multiple folders before sharing them through inSync Web.
