Overview
inSync Web is available in Japanese, German, French, and Spanish languages in addition to the default English language. You can now view and manage the inSync Web portal in your preferred language and start accessing your inSync account to restore and share data.
Language of user-interface items
The following table provides information about the appearance of different user-interface items as per the language configuration of your inSync Web account.
User-interface item | Language |
inSync Web user interface | inSync detects your browser language and sets that language as the default language for inSync Web. The browser language is detected during the first sign-in. The inSync Web appears in the default language for subsequent sign-in. |
Link preview | If you have not signed in to inSync Web, the link appears in the English language by default. If you have signed in to inSync Web, the link appears in the language that you configured for your inSync Web account. |
Impact on updating the language on the inSync Web interface
When you change the display language of inSync Web to languages other than your default language, the menus, dialog boxes, help topics, and updates are displayed in the selected language. The file name or the folder name is not translated.
You can easily switch between the available languages such as English, French, German, and Japanese. For more information, see Change the display language of inSync Web.
The following table lists the impact of updating the language on the inSync Web interface.

Language of email invites
The following table provides information about the appearance of different emails and links to inSync users and guest users.

Change the language preference of inSync Web
To change the language preference of inSync Web:
Open the inSync Web.
On the upper-right corner of the inSync Web portal, click any of the following languages:
EN - English
FR - French
DE - German
ζ₯ζ¬- Japanese
ES - Spanish
The display of inSync Web appears in the language that you selected.

βIf you change the language in the inSync Web, the display of the Restore Backup Data window updates accordingly. However, the file name or the folder name is not translated.
