Alerts

The Alerts section displays the total critical Alerts and Warnings within the selected organization. It also provides an overview of the most critical and recent alerts, including a link to the Job ID for detailed information on the alert. By clicking on View All you will be redirected to the Alerts page that provides details on all alerts within the selected organization.

πŸ“ Note
Druva displays up to three critical alerts, categorized by the most recent ones. Warnings or information alerts are summarized if the critical alerts are fewer than three.

All Jobs

The All Jobs section displays information for the jobs associated with the configured workloads (both Hybrid and Azure) within the selected organization. If all backup sets for a workload are disabled, the respective workload tab will not appear in the All Jobs section.

  1. Workloads: Hover over the pie chart for each workload to view the Active backup jobs status and Last backup jobs status for configured resources in the selected organization.

    • Click the number against a specific status to view backup information on the associated workload page.

    • For Hybrid Workloads, clicking Backup sets count redirects to the details page, displaying configured backup sets with backups enabled.

    • For Azure Workloads, clicking Configured Resources count redirects to the Azure Subscriptions page, displaying Configured Resources with backups enabled.

      β€‹πŸ“ Note
Window Expired (Last Backup) status and Waiting for retry (Active backup jobs) statuses are not present for the Disaster Recovery workload.

  2. Jobs: The Jobs section displays the list of all the associated backup jobs along with the relevant details such as Job ID, Job Type, Backup Set details, Start Time, End Time, and Status for the selected Workload tab.

    • Clicking a Job ID provides detailed information about the backup job.

    • Clicking on the Backup set displays information about the backup configuration and associated recovery points.

    • To cancel a job in the Running or Queued status from the dashboard, select a queued job, click Cancel Job, and confirm the cancelation.

You can use the Job filters to view jobs based on the time frame they are initiated (Started in: Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 1 month, or Custom Date), Job Type (Backup, Restore or Log Request), or by the job Status.

      β€‹πŸ“ Note
In case of a failed job status, Druva lists the associated error code for that backup. Click an error code to be redirected to the appropriate error code documentation. For more information, see Phoenix errors.

Disaster Recovery

The Disaster Recovery functionality enables you to recover and launch the backed-up virtual machines in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) public cloud ensuring business continuity during disasters without the need for dedicated on-premise software, storage, or hardware. This leads to significant cost reduction and improved agility.

The Disaster Recovery feature displays information about the DR plans configured for virtual machines in your Druva environment and the Druva AWS proxies deployed in your AWS account. It also provides details of the failed over instances and enables you to failback the recovered EC2 instances and recover the virtual machines in your data center.

Manage

  • Administrative Groups

The Administrative Group serves as a logical categorization of servers considering factors like their location, operating system, and workloads.

The Manage Administrative Groups feature displays the configured administrative groups within the selected organization along with the relevant details like Source + Changes, Current Source, and the number of attached resources.

With this feature, you can organize your servers for better server management, create a new administrative group, view a summary of existing groups, and edit or delete the available administrative groups.

  • Activation Tokens

The Manage Activation Tokens feature displays the list of activation tokens generated while registering your setup.

You can copy or remove the activation tokens to avoid security breaches. Removing an activation token does not deregister your setup. Expired tokens are automatically removed from the list.

  • CloudCache

CloudCache is a dedicated server in the local environment that stores backup and restore data from Hybrid workloads agents, ensuring faster backups and restores. It synchronizes this data to the Druva cloud.

The CloudCache feature displays the information in two tabs:
