If you have integrated your MSP console with ConnectWise, Service Monitoring system alerts will automatically sync to generate corresponding tickets within your ConnectWise PSA environment.
Note: Applicable only to quota violations.
Tickets are dynamically managed based on the following violation lifecycle events:
Alert Created: A ticket is automatically generated in ConnectWise PSA the moment a data protection rule threshold is breached and a violation occurs.
Alert Updated: When an alert is Resolved or Archived (auto/ manual), the corresponding ConnectWise ticket updates automatically. The ticket's status changes based on the configurations set by the administrator under the ConnectWise Ticket Update Settings in the MSP console.
