📝 Note

Druva performs image-level backups of virtual machines. Any guest operating system is supported for backup as long as it is maintained and supported by the vendor.


Storage and Disk Management

When creating a VM, these are the ‘emulated’ components Proxmox provides to the Guest OS.

Storage Type refers to how the underlying physical disks are organized, managed, and presented to your Virtual Machines (VMs).
