Steps to Download custom Backup Activity Logs/reports

Go to: Druva

Enter your credentials and sign in.

From the left navigation pane, click on Reports.

Under Reports, select Activity Report (or Backup Activity Report depending on your Druva product

Date Range:

Click the calendar icon and select “Custom” range.

Set the start date to past couple of years ago from today.

Set the end date as today’s date.

Note: Select a custom date range. The maximum historical period you can select for this report is 18 months from the current date.

Optionally, use filters like columns, Date, year, etc., if needed.

Click Apply to generate the report.

Once the report is generated, click on Export at the top-right.

Choose the format: CSV or PDF.

Your report will begin downloading or be sent to your registered email (if large).
