Overview

The Hybrid Workloads Reports page lists the reports that your Hybrid Workloads edition supports. These reports contain a summary of backup events that have occurred during a specific period. By default, reports are available only to Druva Cloud Administrators, Hybrid Workloads Cloud Administrators, and other administrators with access privileges to access reports. You can schedule to send reports over email to other Hybrid Workloads administrators and non-administrators.

Hybrid Workloads Administrators can view the Backup Activity Report depending on their access privileges. If you are a Cloud-derived administrator or a Data Protection Officer, you can view the report of backup activities of your configured workloads. If you are an Organization-derived administrator, you can view the report of backup activities of workload-specific to the organizations you have access to. If you are a Group-derived administrator, you can view the report of backup activities of workloads related to the administrative groups that you manage.

📝 Note

The reports data is refreshed every two hours. The last updated time recorded for a report is displayed next to the report title. This timestamp follows the administrator’s time zone. However, the timestamps of the data fetched in the report follow the UTC time zone.
