Effective February 20, 2025, the "Not using Single Sign-On" option on the Customer's Druva Console login page will be removed. If your customers need to use the failsafe login option, you can contact Druva Support for further assistance.

This change will primarily affect the customers who have configured SSO and their administrators are currently using the failsafe login method for login.

Starting February 20, 2025, all customer administrators will be required to use their SSO credentials to log in to the Druva Console. To avoid any disruptions, it is recommended to communicate this change to your customers and request them to review and if required, reset their SSO login credentials
Important:
Legal Hold Admins can continue to use the failsafe login option. The "Not Using Single Sign-on" will be renamed to "Sign in as Legal Hold Admin."
MSPs can continue to use the failsafe login option to access the MSC.
MSPs will continue to have seamless access to the tenant console through MSC.
