To allow the traffic from the URLs listed above using IP addresses, contact Support .

No changes are required if you allow incoming and outgoing traffic from Druva URLs by adding *.druva.com in the exclusion list of the firewall settings.

β Multifactor Authentication is not enabled by default for the Evaluation license. It is mandatory after the license is updated to Commercial.
First login to Activate Druva Cloud Platform
Click the Activate Account link received in the invitation email. β
Accept the Cloud Services Customer Agreement .
Set your password .
4. Sign in again using the new password.
5. Set the authenticator app by scanning the QR code. β
6. Enter a QR code in the authenticator app and click Verify to log in to the console.
Login process for existing administrators
Once your organization's authentication method is enabled, you are notified with an email about the activation.
For Authenticator App-based Authentication:
At the first login, link to the authenticator app by scanning the QR code.
2. Enter a QR code in the authenticator app and click Verify to log in to the console.
At every next login, the administrators are required to authenticate themselves using the OTP they receive via the authenticator app.
For SMS-based Authentication:
At the first login, Register your mobile number to receive the OTP.
2. Enter the OTP and click Verify to log in to the console.
At every next login, the administrators are required to authenticate themselves using the OTP they receive on their mobile devices.
Reset forgotten password
If you forget your password, you can reset it independently with a one-time-use password reset link that is sent to your registered email ID.
Open the Druva console.
Click on the Forgot Password link.
βAn email notification with a one-time password reset link is sent to your registered email ID.

β The link is active for 30 minutes.Click on the Reset Password link. You are directed to the Druva Console.
Enter your new password and click Change Password .
π Note
β The password must not match your previous five passwords.
Reset the password of another administrator
A Druva Cloud administrator can reset the password for another administrator.
In the left navigation, click Manage Administrators .
Click on the administrator name whose password you want to reset.
Click on the menu button next to Edit and click Reset Password .
A password reset email is sent to the administrator.
Reset the Multifactor Authentication of another administrator
If you have lost or forgotten your mobile device, or if your account is compromised, you can ask the Druva Cloud administrator to reset your Multifactor Authentication.
In the left navigation, click Manage Administrators .
Click on the administrator name whose authentication you want to reset.
Click on the menu button next to Edit and click Reset Multifactor Authentication .
In the confirmation dialog, click Continue .
Authenticator App reset : For the first login after reset, reconfigure your App with your Druva account using the QR code displayed.
SMS reset : For the first login after reset, register your mobile number with your Druva account.
