Overview
The Jobs dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all restore sessions and ongoing Live activities for the Microsoft Backup Storage. Ongoing restore tasks are shown as live activities, offering a complete picture of your data protection system's status. This section details the dashboard's features and available actions.
Access path
To access the Jobs dashboard, sign in to the inSync Management Console and navigate to Microsoft 365 > Jobs.
Field description
This section lists fields and filters on the Jobs page.
Restore Sessions
Workload: Type of Workload (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
Start Time: Start date and time of the restore job. Click on the column header to sort the list by the timestamp of the last completed backup.
End Time: Completion date and time of the restore job. Click on the column header to sort the list by the timestamp of the last completed backup.
Status: Status of the restore session.
Filters: The following filters can be used to filter the results:
Workload: Type of Workload (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
Started in: Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 1 Month.
Status: Successful and Completed with Errors.
Live Activities
Workload: Type of Workload (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
Start Time: Start date and time of the restore job. Click on the column header to sort the list by the timestamp of the last completed backup.
Status: Indicates the current state of the restore job.
Running: The restore process is currently active and in progress.
Queued: The restore process is in the queue and will be executed once the ongoing restore action is completed.

The status depends on Microsoft's response. Microsoft designed the status to be updated in real-time as soon as the Microsoft Backup Storage API queues and initiates the operation.
Filters: The following filters can be used to filter the results:
Workload: Type of Workload (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
Started in: Last 24 Hours, 24 hours ago.
Status: Current status of the restoration process (running, queued). Click on the status to access more details about the restore session.
