Problem description

Creating a new organization administrator ends with the error: An error occurred while performing this operation. If the error persists, contact Druva Support. 0x100100009.



The email account already exists in Druva cloud.


  1. Ensure that the administrator who is creating the organization administrator is a cloud administrator.

  2. Determine if the email account exists in the report or alert subscriptions.

  3. Remove the email account from subscriptions, add the cloud admin, and then enable subscriptions again.
