When you try to install inSync Client on Windows, the following error is displayed:

" The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "inSync.msi" in the box below."

The previous inSync un-installation was not completed successfully and some leftover registries might cause issues.

1. Open services.msc > Windows installer.Restart the service and set it to automatic.

2. Open RegEdit > Goto > HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products

3. Navigate to Edit → Find → Search for product name “inSync”.

4. Under the product, the folders containing inSync installation details will be searched.

5. Backup those folders.

6. Delete the folder,s as shown in the screenshot.
