Overview

This article explains how to change the timeout duration for the inSync Admin and the Client Console.

The default timeout duration for the inSync Client Console and the inSync Administrator Console is 30 minutes, which is configured considering the security. The timeout value is configurable and can be updated in the configuration file for the inSync OnPremise Server.

Procedure

To update the default value in the configuration file, contact Druva support.

Configuration file contains settings and configurations of your inSync OnPremise Server. Any undesired change might lead to corruption of the configuration file. Thus, Druva recommends you to contact Druva support.
