Feature
Self-Service Restore of Archived Salesforce Records
Druva for Salesforce now enables administrators to delegate restoration tasks directly to end users.
By inviting users to specific projects within the Druva SFDC app, you can empower them to recover archived data independently while maintaining strict security boundaries.
Key Benefits:
Delegated Recovery: Reduce administrative overhead by allowing designated users to manage restoration tasks for specific archival sets.
Granular Security: Leverage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure users only view and restore data within their authorized scope.
Operational Scalability: Streamline data management workflows by distributing access across project teams.
Customer Action Required: No

Enhancement
Refreshed Environment Hub Console
The Environment Hub console has been redesigned to provide a simplified onboarding experience to your Salesforce environment.
The update minimizes administrative overhead, automates the manual validation processes, and provides clearer insight into license assignment and usage.
Key enhancements include:
Unified License Management: Assign Backup, Seeding, and Archival licenses in a single step with one-time organization authentication, while gaining real-time visibility into license usage and available capacity.
Automated pre-configuration: The application now automatically performs Org Describe and Refresh Validations checks thereby reducing the manual tasks of syncing Org details.
Unified Org View: The card view displays organization details, license consumption, and daily API usage into a single, holistic view, thereby enabling clear visibility into overall health and license utilization across multiple organizations.
Centralized Management Tools: Key management tools (Add Organization, Manage license, Re-authenticate etc.) are now centralized within the Environment Hub console, making it easier to manage your Salesforce organizations efficiently.

Mandatory Salesforce Permission for adding Organization
Starting October 2025, Salesforce has restricted the use of uninstalled connected apps. As a result, Druva Administrators cannot add an organization to the Druva Salesforce Environment unless the "Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps" permission is enabled in their assigned Permission Set.
For more details, refer to the official Salesforce documentation.
For detailed steps on adding an Environment in the Druva App, see Configuring Environment Hub.
