Problem Description:
NAS backup completes successfully but generates errors related to file access.

Cause
The errors are caused by missing or insufficient permissions on the specified files or folders, which prevent access during the backup process.
Resolution:
Check and Adjust Permissions: Request the NAS administrator to:
Review the current permissions on the problematic files and folders.
Ensure that the credentials used via cred store OR nas device account havehas at least read permissions.
Correct any discrepancies or missing permissions.
To confirm the resolution:
Mount or map the affected shares using the account configured in Phoenix.
Verify that the files are accessible and that the correct permissions are applied.
Rerun the Backup Job
Initiate the backup job manually to see if it completes without the previous errors.
Review Backup Logs
Examine the new backup logs for any errors or warnings.
