You should be able to start backing up your data as soon as your setup is ready. We set up inSync Cloud for your organization. However, you might want to perform other activities such as creating profiles and mass deploying inSync client. You should be able to back up your data as soon as you complete these tasks.

If your license expires, we wait for you to renew your license. However, if you choose to not renew your license, your data is deleted from the cloud storage immediately.
