Overview
This procedure provides the steps to disable or deactivate an account in CloudRanger.
Disable a user account in CloudRanger
Log in to the CloudRanger management console. (
https://mgmt.cloudranger.io)Search the email account of the user who needs to be disabled.
Switch the Active field to Off state to deactivate the user.
Click Save.
💡 Tip
Disabling an account from the CloudRanger Management Console only prevents the account from taking an action, but does not prevent login.
