This topic describes the following sections:

CloudCache log files

The CloudCache log files contain details of the backups to the Cloud. It also contains details of the local restores from the CloudCache to the Hybrid Workloads agents. If the CloudCache does not function as expected, you can share these log files with the Druva Support team.

Linux

  • CloudCache R1:

    • /var/log/PhoenixCloudCache/

  • CloudCache R3:

    • /var/log/Druva/EnterpriseWorkloads/cloudcache

CloudCache configuration file

The CloudCache configuration file contains configuration details that the CloudCache requires to communicate with the Cloud.

​ We recommend that you do not modify the configuration files except when required. In scenarios where you must modify these configuration files, contact the Druva Support team for assistance.

  • CloudCache R1:

    • /etc/PhoenixCloudCache/

  • CloudCache R3:

    • /etc/Druva/EnterpriseWorkloads/Config.yaml

CloudCache service

The Druva Cache Server service ensures that the CloudCache is running.

​ If the CloudCache stops working, the Druva Cache Server service starts the CloudCache.
