Error Message: Quota Exceeded

Error Description: This error indicates that the user has exceeded their Microsoft storage quota.

Error Resolution: Increase the user's storage quota.

Error Message: Invalid User / Domain Change

Error Description: This error indicates that the user's email was not found due to a change in email, domain, or UPN.

Error Resolution: No action is required. The latest user account will be fetched and updated in the database. The backup will be re-triggered with the next schedule.

Error Message: Throttling Issue

Error Description: Microsoft 365 tenant is facing heavy throttling. The maximum possible retry limit is reached.

Error Resolution: This issue will be resolved automatically. The backup will be re-triggered with the next schedule.

Error Message: Invalid User Principal Name

Error Description: This error indicates that the user account is invalid, deleted, or lacks a license.

Error Resolution: Review the job activity details and download the logs to understand the failure.

Error Message: Mailbox Move in Progress

Error Description: This error indicates that the mailbox cannot be accessed using EWS because a mailbox move operation is underway, resulting in a temporary throttling error.

Error Resolution: Please try again later. If the issue persists, contact support.

Error Message: Server Busy

Error Description: This error indicates that the Microsoft server is busy or experiencing high traffic, making it temporarily unavailable to handle additional requests.

Error Description: This error occurs during in-place restore when the Exchange server rejects an item due to corrupt or invalid MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) content. The issue typically stems from formatting problems, corrupt message data, or unsupported attachments.

Error Message: Mime Content Conversion Failed

Error Description: This error occurs during in-place restore when the Exchange server rejects an item due to unconvertible MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) content. The issue typically stems from formatting problems, corrupt message data, or unsupported attachments.

Error Message: Mailbox Configuration

Error Description: This error indicates that there is an issue with the settings or configuration of the mailbox you are attempting to restore.

Error Description: Unexpected error while running the job. Retrigger the job.

Error Description: The user has exceeded their storage quota.

Error Resolution: Increase the storage quota for the user.

Error Description: The user group is not found.

Error Resolution: No action is required. The backup of the rest of the group data will continue.

Error Message: Authorization Failed

Error Description: Cannot connect to the Microsoft 365 tenant due to authorization failure.

Error Resolution: re-install the Microsoft 365 app.

Error Message: Insufficient Permissions

Error Description: No permission to access the Microsoft 365 app data.

Error Resolution: Check if the app is listed, and if not, then re-install the app.

Error Message: Task Canceled

Error Description: The task is canceled by the user.

Error Resolution: No action is required.

Error Message: Site URL is Changed

Error Description: The SharePoint Site URL is changed in Microsoft 365 tenant.

Error Resolution: No action is required. The latest URL will be fetched and updated in the database.

The backup will be re-triggered with the next schedule.

Error Message: User Not Found

Error Description: The user is not found in the SharePoint site collection.

Error Resolution: No action is required. The backup of the rest of the site's data will continue.

Error Message: Token Invalid

Error Description: The Graph delta token used for fetching data from SharePoint for incremental backup is expired or no longer valid.

Error Resolution: No action is required. A full scan backup will be triggered for the Document Library.

Error Message: File is checked out

Error Description: The file is checked out and in Edit mode.

Error Resolution: Check in the file to allow the job activity.

Error Message: MS Team site channel update failed

Error Description: Team channel update is not supported for SharePoint.

Error Resolution: No action is required.

Error Message: Character Limit Exceeded

Error Description: The request URL contains more characters than the Microsoft limit of 400 characters.

Error Resolution: Change the folder hierarchy and ensure that the path is within 400 characters.

Error Message: Microsoft Server Error

Error Description: Server-side failure from Microsoft with 500 status code.

Error Resolution: No action is required. The API call will be retried.

Error Message: Token Invalid

Error Description: The Graph delta token used for fetching data from SharePoint for incremental backup is expired or no longer valid.

Error Description: Microsoft's list view threshold is reached.

Error Resolution: No action is required. An alternate method is used back up a Document Library with more than 5k files.

Error Message: Virus Infected File

Error Description: Virus-infected files are skipped from the backup.

Error Resolution: No action is required. The backup of the rest of the files will continue.

Error Message: File Not Found

Error Description: The requested file was not found in the SharePoint site collection.

Error Resolution: No action is required. The backup of the rest of the site's data will continue.

Error Message: Connection Error From Microsoft

Error Resolution: The job will continue by retrying the API request. If all retries are exhausted, the file is skipped, and the rest of the job will continue.

Error Message: The site level feature is not available in SharePoint Online

Error Message: Site Not Found

Error Description: The site is removed from the M365 tenant and thus cannot be backed up.

Error Resolution: The site will be disabled for backup with the next schedule.
