Issue Description:
Users may encounter the following error while trying to log in to CloudRanger (CR):
“You do not have access to any Organizations in CloudRanger.”
This error appears even though the user previously had access or the organization exists.
Cause:
This issue is typically caused by:
Cached browser session or stale authentication tokens.
Corrupt or outdated browser cookies.
Session mismatch between the Druva authentication service and CloudRanger.
Attempting to access CloudRanger using deprecated direct login URLs.
Resolution:
Step 1: Use the Recommended Login Method
Important: Direct login to CloudRanger using cloudranger.druva.com is deprecated.
Always follow the below steps:
Navigate to login.druva.com.
Log in using your Druva credentials.
After successful login, click on AWS Workloads to access CloudRanger.
This ensures proper authentication and organization mapping.
Step 2: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
If the issue persists:
Open your browser settings.
Navigate to Privacy & Security.
Select Clear browsing data.
Choose:
Cookies and site data
Cached images and files
Clear the data.
Close and reopen the browser.
Try logging in again.
Step 3: Use Incognito / Private Mode
If clearing cache does not work:
Open an Incognito / Private browsing window.
Navigate to login.druva.com.
Log in and access AWS Workloads.
Outcome:
Clearing the browser cache or logging in via the Druva portal resolves the issue in most cases.
Additional Checks (If Issue Persists):
Confirm the user is assigned to the correct organization.
Verify the user role and permissions in the Druva console.
Ask the organization administrator to re-add the user.
Try a different supported browser.
Disable browser extensions that may block cookies.
