Which workloads are supported by Druva’s FedRAMP compliant cloud?

Druva protects the following on the FedRAMP certified GovCloud.

  • Files Servers

  • NAS

  • CloudCache R3

  • Oracle DTC

  • MS SQL

  • VMWare

Is the Druva FedRAMP-compliant cloud offering available for existing GovCloud customers?

The FedRAMP compliant Druva cloud offering would be a new cloud instance and thereby available for new deployments. Customers currently existing on Gov cloud would continue to use the GovCloud instance.

What are the AWS regions supported with Druva’s FedRAMP compliant cloud?

Druva supports AWS GovCloud Region US-West (us-gov-west-1) for FedRAMP.

What does the Moderate level of certification imply?

If a cloud service is "FedRAMP Moderate," it means:

  • Handles Important Info: It's approved for sensitive government data (but not the absolute most critical).

  • Passed Tough Security Checks: It went through a strict security review.

  • Uses Strong Security: It has implemented hundreds of specific security measures.

  • Protects Against Serious Harm: Its security is designed to prevent major problems if attacked.

  • Needs Ongoing Checks: It must continuously prove it stays secure.
