To Enable Additional Storage Regions:

If you need to enable additional storage regions for your Druva environment, you'll need to contact Druva Support. They will assist you in configuring the desired storage regions for your account.

This step is especially crucial if you are using Microsoft 365 with Multi-Geo enabled, as you need to ensure that storage regions are available for all data sources across your Microsoft 365 geo-locations. Proper setup of these regions will help maintain continuous data protection for your Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint workloads, no matter where they are located.

Once the storage regions are enabled, you can verify the same by following below steps:

  1. Log into Druva Admin Console

  2. Click on the “Gear” icon on the top and click on “Storage”

3. Once you click on Storage, you will see the list of all enabled Storage regions for your instance:
