Following article highlights how your backed up data\console is accessible during the different lifecycle of your inSync subscription.

For Endpoints -

License Status for inSync can be -

  • Active

  • Expired / Suspended

  • Deleted

Note :

When SSO is enabled :

SAML communication is disabled when the license is expired/suspended. Therefore, SSO user web login is disabled. Whereas the login using normal credentials works as expected.

Once the license status is active, then the SAML communication will initiate and SSO works as expected.
