How to check which version of inSync client is installed

Overview

This article contains steps to check the version of the inSync client installed on Windows and on Mac devices.

From the inSync admin console -

The inSync administrator can login into the inSync admin console and check the version of the inSync client installed on the user’s device.

Step 1 - Login as an administrator using the link https://login.druva.com/

Step 2 - Go to EndpointsDevices ➜ Here you can search the device and refer to the Client Version column

From the Reports present in the inSync admin console -

You can refer to the User Rollout Report. This will contain the “Client Version” column

For Windows OS based devices -

Using the inSync client -

Open the inSync client ➜ My Account ➜ The version information will be present on the bottom right corner as shown below -

Using the Programs and Features application (appwiz.cpl) -

Open the Control PanelPrograms and Features ➜ The version information will be present on the bottom right corner as shown below -

For Mac OS based devices -

Using the inSync client -

Open the inSync client ➜ My Account ➜ The version information will be present on the bottom right corner as shown below -
