Quarantine Resources Report

What information does this report provide

The Quarantine Resources report provides a consolidated view of the statistics of all the quarantine ranges and resources added to Quarantine Bay for different resource types (workloads) within a specified period.

How does the report help

You can leverage this report to get insights about:

  • Number of resources added to Quarantine Bay

  • Number of quarantine ranges created

  • Distribution of resources added to Quarantine Bay based for each resource type (workload)

With this report, you can proactively get insights into the number of quarantined resources and ranges and take necessary actions such as adding or removing resources from Quarantine Bay, updating quarantine ranges, etc.

To access the report

You need to be a Druva Cloud Administrator.

Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Quarantined Resources Report.

Using the report


📝 Note:

By default, the period selected for the report is 30 days from the current date. For example, if today is March 31, 2024, the report displays data from March 1 to March 30, 2024.


The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.

The Quarantined Resources report comprises the following sections:

Description

Resource Type

Select the resource type whose quarantine details you want to view.

Summary view

Field

Description

Total Quarantined Resources

Total number of resources added to Quarantine Bay within the specified time. By default, the 30-day count is displayed.

Total Quarantine Ranges

Total number of quarantine ranges created for the selected resource.

Distribution By Workloads

View the distribution and count of quarantined resources based on different resource types.

Quarantined Resources details

Field

Description

Resource Name

The name of the quarantined resource

Resource Type

Type of quarantined resource - Endpoints, File Server, NAS, OneDrive, SharePoint, VMware

Quarantine Date Range (Admin Time Zone)

The date range selected for quarantining the resource

Added to Quarantine Bay (Admin Time Zone)

The date and time when the resource is added to Quarantine Bay

Last Updated On (Admin Time Zone)

The date and time when there was an update made to quarantining of resource

Removed from Quarantine Bay

Details of if the resource is removed from Quarantine Bay

Subscribe to report

You can schedule and subscribe to receive reports over email as a CSV file or a PDF. A subscription can be created for other members of the organization, too.


📝 Note:

By default, the data fetched in the report's timestamp follows the logged-in admin’s time zone.


Email the report

You can email the report in CSV or PDF format to other recipients on demand.

Download widget data

You can download the widget data in CSV, CSV Summary, Excel, or PDF format.

Download Quarantined Resources details data

You can download the Quarantined Resources details data in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

Add Filters to get a report with more granular data

Global filter: You can create a global filter, page filter, or panel filter to fetch details based on your requirements.
