To stop a backup that is in progress on a user's device:

On the Endpoints/SaaS Apps page, click the Live Activities icon.

1. On the Endpoints/SaaS Apps page, click the Live Activities icon.
2. Select the backup that you want to stop.
3. Click Cancel.
