Activate a Mobile Device

If you decommissioned a mobile device by choosing the Delete only inSync data on device option, you can activate the device by logging on to the Druva Mobile App. This device is added as a new device.

If you decommissioned a mobile device by choosing the Deactivate entire device option, after the device is ready to use, you must install the Druva Mobile App on the mobile device, and then log on to inSync. This device is added as a new device.
