Unable to login to Druva console using SSO.

Resolution

Change the Unique identifier to UPN instead of email address in Azure AD for Druva app.

  1. On the Druva application integration page of the Azure portal, click Single sign-on.

  2. Under User Attributes & Claims, click Edit.

  3. Change the Unique User Identifier to UPN.
