Update the cache limit for the Druva mobile app
Updated over a week ago

When you open a file in the Druva Mobile App, the file first downloads to the cache of your mobile device. By default, the Druva Mobile App uses 100 MB for cache. You can update the default limit. When you increase the cache size, you can save more files for offline access and you can view more files in your recently accessed file list.

Procedure

To update the cache limit

  1. On the Druva Mobile App sidebar, tap Settings.

  2. In the GENERAL area, tap App Settings.

  3. In the CACHE area, tap Cache Limit. The Cache Limit window appears.

  4. In the Enter Cache Limit box, type the new cache limit.

  5. Tap Done.
