πŸ“ Note

For Enterprise Workloads agent version 7.0.0 and above, port 8082 is used by default for internal communication. If port 8082 is unavailable, the agent automatically uses other available free port for internal communication.

Druva communicates with your SAP HANA system through secure protocols and ports. To ensure security, Druva uses the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.

πŸ“ Note
If a firewall is set up, allow outbound TCP/IP traffic to *.druva.com through port 443.

The following ports must be open for internal communication among systems:

  • 20000 to 20100

  • 21000

In the following diagram, you can see the ports and protocols used.
