Overview
You can use the Download Report option to download Recovery Plan and resource level details for offline investigation, compliance and auditing purposes.
The data is downloaded in a compressed file format when you click the Download Report option. Following is the file naming convention of the downloaded file:
RecoveryReport_<Plan Name-<Date stamp>, <Time stamp>.<file extension of the compressed file format>.
What information does the Cyber Recovery Report contain?
The Cyber Recovery Report provides the following information:
Cyber Recovery Plan details
Recovery Plan Name
Total number of recovery jobs
Recovery Plan execution Start Time
Recovery Plan execution End Time
Recovery Plan Status
Recovery Plan execution errors encountered details if any - Error message and actual reasons for error
Resource Level details
Resource Name
Recovery Status
Restore Job ID
Snapshot Name
Recovery Start Time
Recovery End Time
Recovery Completed in minutes
Snapshot Size in GB
Malicious Files Found
Scan Files Count
Scan Matches Found
Post Recovery Scripts details

Procedure
To download the report, perform the following steps:
From the DCP dashboard, go to the Global Navigation Menu ->Ransomware Recovery.
Select Cyber Recovery from the Left navigation panel, the Cyber Recovery dashboard appears.
On the Cyber Recovery dashboard page, click the Recovery Plan Name for which you want to download the report.
Click Download Report. The data is downloaded in a compressed file format.
