Overview
This Document will help retrieve the old and new device information after the old device has been replaced with a new device.
Procedure title
Login to the Druva Admin console and navigate to Audit Trails -> User Audit Trails.
Enter the email address of the user whose device has been replaced.
Select the Time Period (Change it to “All” if you are not aware of the time period) and click on View.
You will see an output like the one below:
You will see the old device and the replaced device's UUID and Serial Number.
